Is a trial visit mandatory before boarding?+
Yes — mandatory, no exceptions. Every dog is assessed for temperament and group compatibility before their first stay. Trial visits are 6–9 AM daily by appointment.
How much does dog boarding cost?+
Annual memberships start at ₹11,111 (small dogs, 30 boarding days). Medium dog plans from ₹15,555, large dog plans from ₹22,222. Per-stay rates also available — call 7736390719.
What vaccinations are required?+
Rabies, distemper, parvovirus, leptospirosis — all core vaccines must be current. Tick prevention must be applied within 3 days of boarding start.
Is Neolokam suitable for anxious dogs?+
Yes — we specialise in anxious dogs. Cage-free farm, behaviour-assessed groups, and trained staff make it far better suited than any kennel in Trivandrum.
What do dogs eat during their stay?+
Home-cooked meals — rice, chicken, vegetables — prepared fresh daily. No dry kibble. We follow your dog's usual feeding schedule and can accommodate dietary restrictions.
Can I visit my dog during boarding?+
Yes, during our visitor window: 6–9 AM daily, by appointment only. This strict timing protects the dogs' routine, avoids heat stress, and keeps the groups calm.
